These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Go Cargo Logistics services and website (gocargologisticsus.com). By using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Service Description

Go Cargo Logistics provides auto transport and vehicle shipping services across the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. We operate as a licensed, bonded, and insured auto transport broker and carrier.

2. Booking and Quotes

- Quotes are estimates based on information provided and are subject to change based on actual conditions. - A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation from Go Cargo Logistics and any required deposit. - Pricing may vary based on vehicle size, weight, condition, route, transport type, and seasonal demand.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to: - Provide accurate vehicle and contact information - Ensure the vehicle is in operable condition (unless inoperable transport is arranged) - Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle - Disable aftermarket alarm systems - Ensure the vehicle has no more than a quarter tank of fuel - Be available for pickup and delivery or designate an authorized representative - Disclose any modifications that affect vehicle dimensions or weight

4. Vehicle Condition

- We conduct a thorough vehicle inspection at both pickup and delivery - Pre-existing damage is documented and noted on the Bill of Lading - You or your representative must be present to sign the Bill of Lading at pickup and delivery - Claims for damage must reference the Bill of Lading documentation

5. Insurance and Liability

- All shipments are covered by carrier cargo insurance - Standard coverage: up to $250,000 per vehicle - Additional coverage available upon request - Personal items left in the vehicle are NOT covered by transport insurance - We are not liable for damage caused by acts of God, civil unrest, or government actions

6. Pickup and Delivery

- Pickup and delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees - Standard pickup: 1-5 business days from booking confirmation - Expedited pickup: 24-48 hours (additional fee applies) - Door-to-door service is provided where accessible; otherwise, nearest safe location - Delays due to weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or other factors beyond our control do not constitute breach

7. Payment Terms

- Payment is due as specified in your booking confirmation - Accepted methods: credit card, debit card, bank transfer - Deposits are non-refundable after carrier dispatch - Full payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise arranged

8. Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation before carrier dispatch: full refund of any deposit - Cancellation after carrier dispatch: deposit is non-refundable - Cancellation by Go Cargo due to safety concerns: full refund

9. Claims and Disputes

- Damage claims must be noted on the Bill of Lading at time of delivery - Written claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery - Claims are processed through the carrier's insurance - We will assist in facilitating the claims process

10. Prohibited Items

The following may not be transported inside the vehicle: - Hazardous materials - Firearms or ammunition - Illegal substances - Perishable items - Items exceeding 100 lbs total

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Cargo Logistics' total liability shall not exceed the transport fee paid for the specific shipment in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Cargo Logistics from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
